ETUDE DE VALEUR AGRONOMIQUE D’UN COMPOST DE DECHETS D’ALAMBICS DE BROUSSE EN VUE D’UNE UTILISATION EFFICIENTE EN AGRICULTURE:CAS DU COMPOST DE FEUILLES ISSUS DE RESIDUS DE DISTILLATION ARTISANALE D’HUILES ESSENTIELLES DE FEUILLES DE GIROFLIERS

The present study has demonstrated the fertilizing and amendment value of the compost from bush alembics waste, especially the leaves compost from the remainders of essential oil distillation of cloverleaves. The studies which we have carried out attest that this alembic compost fulfils with success the criteria of harmful required to composts and to organic amendments, it's to say free of undesirable elements, in particular trace metal elements (TMEs) and organic trace compounds (OTCs). The use in agriculture of this type of compost is very beneficial to agricultural soils and poses no risk to the cultivation and especially to the environment. At the same time, this leave compost provides stable organic matter in the soil which is a major factor in the functioning of agricultural ecosystem. To specify the organic matter, essential factor of fertility soil does imperfection for the majority of arable Malagasy soils.
