COMMENTS AND OPINIONS ON THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRIAD MODEL

This article discusses the project management triad model. The idea is that by understanding and appreciating the triad model, project managers will be able to manage their projects effectively. First, it defines the project management triad model. Second, the various budgeting methodologies are highlighted. Third, the process of creating and estimating a project schedule is outlined, including the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) and the Critical Path Method (CPM). Fourth, project management problems are briefly reviewed. Fifth, project performance and quality are summarized.
