Abstract: 

This case report discusses the use of a penile skin constriction device fashioned from a plastic bottle (bottle neck) by a patient seeking sexual pleasure. We review the potential risks associated with such devices, discuss the motivations behind their use, and provide an overview of the existing literature on the subject.
