Abstract: 

Le syndrome de Fahr est une entité anatomo-clinique rare, caractérisée par des calcifications intra cérébrales bilatérales et symétriques, localisées dans les noyaux gris centraux, le plus souvent associées à des troubles phosphocalciques. Nous rapportons un casde syndrome de Fahr chez une patiente âgée de 25 ans au scanner cérébral suivie pour une épilepsie depuis 10ans.
